This was a wonderful place to have our family gather at the beach. There were so many items provided that we didn't have to pack in our car, like beach chairs and bikes. Great OC location.

Michael Nolen is amazing to work with. The condo and numerous amenities were excellent! Family vacation with 13 of us, ages 3 months to 64 years old. Weather was perfect! The outside patio/deck was the clincher...breakfast and coffee together in mornings then would sit out in evenings talking and playing cards. Made wonderful memories here!

Beautifully decorated property. Provides all the amenities you need for a great vacation! Host is very accommodating and responds quickly to any questions.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The home was extremely clean and exactly as pictured, with an impeccable design and beautiful decor throughout. The location was perfect—just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient.The house comfortably accommodated our group of 13, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The host was fantastic to work with—communication was clear and timely, and the check-in process was seamless.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
